A big Thursday night for the Spring Lake Lakers as they completed a three game sweep, capped off an undefeated home season (15-0) and celebrated senior night all with a 9-0 win against the Holland Dutch. Spring Lake scored early and often while scattering 11 hits in the victory. All seven Laker seniors either had a base hit or scored a run in the contest. Gabe Trask scored a run and had an RBI, Jaden Core had 2 hits and 2 RBI's. Alex Batka had a hit and a run, Reid Grimmer had two hits including a double, Ryan Grimm had two hits and a run, Mason Roll had two hits, scored two runs and added a double while Dayton Clark walked twice and scored a run. The two Juniors did pretty well also as Maddux Kipling was the winning pitcher allowing 3 hits and striking out 11 in the complete game shutout and catcher Owen Smies had 4 RBI's.
