The Spring Lake Lakers won the first game on the Grant Tournament with a 16-1 3 inning victory over Orchard View. The Lakers played 17 players in the game and had 13 different players score a run. Noah Sanders, Ryan Grimm and Rian Bates each scored two runs for Spring Lake. Oliver Smies and Reid Grimmer each tripled for the Lakers with Grimmer having two RBI's. Ryan Fine was the winning pitcher allowing 1 hit, striking out 4 and walking none for the win.
