The Spring Lake Lakers defeated the Oakridge Eagles 63-44 to win their third straight District Championship and have also won 9 of the last 12 District Championships. After trailing 13-9 at the end of the first quarter the Lakers settled in and dominated the rest of the way out scoring the Eagles 54-31 over the last three quarters. Spring Lake had balanced scoring with four players reaching double figures. Ayden Ayers had 15 points, followed by Jaden Core with 12, Reid Grimmer with 11 and Max Feltner with 10. Not only did Ayers finish with 15 points but he also had 5 Rebounds and 5 assists. Core finished with his 12 points and also added 9 Rebounds and 5 Assists while Grimmer finished with his 11 points and had 8 Rebounds to go along with 6 Assists.
