The Spring Lake Lakers advanced to the next round of District action with a 56-43 victory over the Orchard View Cardinals. Though the Lakers led throughout most of the game and pushed the lead to 17 points in the third quarter, the pesky Cardinals would not go down without a fight to the finish. Landon O'Donnell led a balanced Spring Lake scoring attack with 14 points followed by Jaden Core with 11, Ayden Ayers with 9, Sam Bajt with 8 and Max Feltner with 6. Spring Lake also rebounded by committee with Feltner, Bajt and Maddux Kipling each grabbing 6 rebounds while Reid Grimmer and Core each added 5 rebounds. Core also dished out 5 assists.
