Spring Lake trailed 40-36 entering the fourth and final quarter when they outscored the home team Dutch 24-10 and iced the game making 10 of 12 free throws down the stretch. Maddux Kipling had a big game with 15 points and 10 rebounds. Jaden Core scored 13 points and added 10 rebounds and 6 assists while Reid Grimmer chipped in with 12 points before fouling out. Coach Bill Core credited the defensive effort of Kipling, Max Feltner and Landon O'Donnell who combined to hold down Holland's leading scorer to 12 points which included two field goals and six free throws.
