The Spring Lake High School girls swim and dive team celebrated a significant win over Grand Rapids Christian in their recent meet, claiming a 104-82 victory. The team's dominant performance was fueled by multiple medal finishes, with standout contributions across various events. Leading the charge were Hannah Brown and Ellie Adams, both of whom earned four gold medals each. Their exceptional efforts contributed 12 points apiece to the team's overall score, showcasing their consistent excellence in the pool. Sadie Vander Heide followed closely with two gold medals and one bronze, adding 8 points to the Spring Lake total. Fellow senior Alana Mazurek and junior Sophia Meyers each contributed 7 points, with two golds, a silver, and a bronze between them, demonstrating their versatility in multiple events. Junior Alex Botbyl also had an impressive meet, collecting two golds and a silver for a total of 6 points, reinforcing the team's strength in both individual and relay events.
