The Spring Lake girls varsity golf team secured an impressive victory at the second league jamboree, winning by a commanding 14 strokes. The team showcased both skill and depth, with standout individual performances leading to a well-earned win at Diamond Springs. Leading the way for Spring Lake was senior Zoe Dull, who delivered a stunning round, carding a 33 (-3). Dull's performance not only secured her the top spot on the leaderboard but also set the tone for her team's success. Her consistent play and precision on the greens were a major factor in the team’s triumph. Other notable performances included junior Ellie Cavalier, who finished in 5th place with a score of 43 (+7), and Anna Bonney, also a junior, who claimed 7th place with a 45 (+9). Spring Lake’s dominance was further emphasized by three players tying for 9th place—Finlay Cousineau, Casey Ireland, and Reagan Bennett—each posting a 46 (+10). Cousineau, Ireland, and Bennett, all juniors except for sophomore Bennett, contributed to the team's deep roster of talent. With all six players finishing in the top 10, Spring Lake’s team performance underscored their strength and depth. The victory not only solidifies their position as a top contender in the league but also builds momentum as they progress through the season.
