Spring Lake sophomore, Maddux Kipling (5-3) threw a one hit shutout and led the Lakers to a 2-0 victory. Spring Lake scored two runs in the bottom of the third which would be all the runs the Lakers would need because of the Kipling shutout. Will May (2 hits) had a two run RBI single driving in Oliver Smies (2 hits) and Zane Stahl who singled.
