The home team Lakers earned a doubleheader split with a 3-0 shut out victory in game two. Spring Lake broke a 0-0 tie in the bottom of the fifth inning with two runs when a Jaden Core suicide squeeze scored Alex Batka and Zane Stahl drove in Core with a two out base hit. Six different Lakers had base hits with Core, Stahl and Batka driving in the runs. Will May (3-1) got the complete game victory scattering six hits and striking out one.
