Junior Varsity vs EAST GRAND RAPIDS HIGH SCHOOL (4 - 6) Loss Junior Varsity vs BRIGHTON HIGH SCHOOL Win Your JV Lady Lakers traveled to East Grand Rapids for a play date on Saturday and came home with a 1-1 record on the day, In the firs game the Lakers dropped a tough 6-4 game against East Grand Rapids. Mallory Martinez led the Lakers in scoring with 3 goals while Lexi Baker added an additional goal. Elana Robinson had a stellar game between the pipes and did everything she could to keep the Lakers in the game. In the second game the Lakers got back on the winning track with a 9-0 victory over Brighton. Abbey Rogalski led the Lakers in goals against Brighton with 3. Jameson Morell, Reagan Bennett, and Casey Ireland each added 2 goals. Kaitlyn Palmer and Finlay Cousineau were stand outs on the defense end for the Lakers in the second game. Next up for the Lakers is a rematch against East Grand Rapids on Monday. Game starts at 5pm.
