Spring Lake Girls Varsity vs HAMILTON (57 - 34) Win Spring Lake travelled to Hamilton for their final regular season road trip and came home with a 57-34 victory. After a tight first quarter, the Lakers found some separation with a solid defensive effort in the 2nd quarter. Spring Lake then gradually added to their lead throughout the second half to finish off the 23-point victory. Spring Lake was led by Ella Andree with her career high 23 points. Ellie Wrona added 8 points, Alexa Carter had 7 points, and Brooke Bolthouse chipped in with 6 points. The Lakers also got solid efforts from their post players as Tessa Britt had 5 points and 5 rebounds, Breanna Kirby had 4 points, 4 rebounds, while Bethany Zimmerman and Claire Arnold each hit a basket. Hamilton (8-11 overall, 4-9 OK Blue) was led by Kaitlyn Geurink with 18 points.
