The Lakers took a lead at 6-4 in the first quarter - a lead which they held until the final seconds of the 3rd quarter. With Spring Lake up 34-25 and about a minute and a half left in the 3rd quarter, the Crusaders hit two three-pointers, then stole an inbounds pass with 2 seconds, and hit a third three-pointer at the buzzer to tie the game at 34 all heading into the 4th quarter. In the 4th quarter, the Lakers regrouped and locked back down on defense while Ella Andree scored 10 of her 15 points in the final quarter to seal the victory. The Lakers were led by Ella Andree with 15 points, 6 rebounds, 4 steals and 4 assists. Tessa Britt added 9 points and 6 rebounds, while Alexa Carter and Brooke Bolthouse chipped in with 8 points each, and Ellie Wrona had 5 points. Unity Christian falls to 6-6 overall (2-4 OK Blue).
