Spring Lake Varsity Girls vs HAMILTON (45 - 30) With both schools closed earlier in the day, Hamilton still made the trip up to Spring Lake where the Lakers pulled out a 45-30 victory. In typical OK Blue fashion, the game was a defensive battle throughout. Hamilton took a 14-13 edge into halftime, but the Lakers responded with a 19 point 3rd quarter to take control of the game. The Lakers were led by Ella Andree and Alexa Carter with 13 points each. Carter added 7 rebounds and Andree had 5 rebounds and 3 assists. Brooke Bolthouse led the defensive attack and chipped in 2 points, 2 steals, and 4 assists. Tessa Britt had 8 points and Ellie Wrona had 6. Hamilton 4-6 overall (2-3 OK Blue) was led by Kaitlyn Geurink with 12 points Spring Lake 7-2 overall (3-1 Ok Blue) will head to Holland Christian tomorrow for a game that was postponed from an earlier date.
