After a long two weeks of good training and fighting through many illnesses it was great to see the Lakers battle and swim tough in each race. It was also great to see the Team supporting each other. The Lakers swam to 26 Personal Record Swims, 20 Top 8 Finishes, and 4 First Place Finishes. Leading the way for the Lakers was the 200 Medley 1st (Kyle Eacker-Nathan Navarre-Johnny Wachter-Noah Fletcher) 1:45.91, Double event winner Senior Johnny Wachter 50Free 22.50 / 100Fly 55.62 and winning the 500 Free Junior Noah Fletcher with a Season Best Time 5:07.87. Today’s Win was a total Team effort win. All 26 Lakers Swimmers/Diver stepped it up today and gave everything they had today. The hard work, believing in themselves, and swimming/diving out of their comfort zones pay off. Coaches are excited and ready to see more exciting swims/dives in the coming weeks!
