The Lakers posted a 2-1-2 record on the day, securing second place in pool play and advancing to the Gold Bracket quarterfinals. **Match Recap & Highlights** Spring Lake set the tone early in pool play with decisive two-set sweeps over Ludington (25-18, 25-15) and Oakridge (25-16, 25-11). The Lakers showcased their signature grit in a split against North Pointe Christian. Trailing 17-9 in the opening frame, Spring Lake mounted a massive comeback to steal the set 27-25 before dropping the second 15-25. The squad closed out pool play by splitting with host Coopersville (15-25, 25-15), earning the distinction of being the only team all day to take a set off the tournament host. Advancing to the Gold Bracket quarterfinals, the Lakers locked into a three-set battle with Lakewood.
