The Spring Lake Lakers defeated the host Oakridge Eagles in Division 2 District 38 action 16-0 in a 4 inning mercy. The Lakers set the tone early scoring six runs in the top of the first inning and never looked back. Mason Troyer led the Spring Lake hit parade with 4 hits, scoring 3 runs and had 3 RBI's. Max Feltner had 2 hits and 5 RBI's, while Owen Smies chipped in with 2 hits. Brady Hill added a pinch hit RBI single. Maddux Kipling got the start and went 3 innings allowing 2 hits and striking out 6. Oliver Smies pitched the 4th inning and had 4 strikeouts.
