The Spring Lake Lakers defeated the Zeeland West Dux 14-2 in a 5 inning mercy. The Lakers exploded for 10 runs in the top of the first inning powered by Owen Smies who hit a three run homer and a grand slam home run and accounted for 7 RBI's himself in the first inning! Owen Smies finished with 3 hits and 3 runs scored. Max Feltner and Noah Sanders each added two hits and Mason Troyer had two hits and 2 RBI's. Oliver Smies was the winning pitcher allowing 2 runs, 4 hits and striking out 6.
