Varsity vs NORTHVIEW HIGH SCHOOL (17 - 8) Win The Lakers hosted the Wildcats from Northview High School on Monday evening and came away with a 17-8 victory, running their record on the season to 7-2. Leading the Lakers in scoring was Micah Gawronski with 6 goals and 4 assists. Aubrey Llewellyn added 4 goals and an assist while Sierra Lukas added 3 goals and 2 assists. Also adding single goals was Abbey Rogalski, Ava Cabala, Charlotte Murphy and Ava Lisman. Charlie VanHarken and Emily Riemersma stood out defensively while Elena Robinson was fantastic in goal, making many key saves. Next up for the Lakers is a home game against East Grand Rapids on Wednesday. Game time is 7pm.
