Varsity vs MONA SHORES HIGH SCHOOL (15 - 2) Win The Lady Laker Varsity lacrosse team evened their record to 2-2 on the season with a 15-2 victory over the Sailors from Mona Shores on Friday evening. Aubrey Llewellyn led the Lakers with 4 goals on the night. Micah Gawronski and Calla Barber each added 3 goals. Adding a single goal each was Sierra Lukas, Mallory Martinez, Ava Lisman, Brooke Stephenson and Ava Cabala. Cabala's goal was her first varsity goal. Leading the Lakers in assists was Gawronski with 4. On the defensive end the Lakers were led by Addison Baker, Calleigh Fogel, Chloe Dekkinga and Kaitlyn Palmer. Elena Robinson was strong again in the net, allowing only 2 goals. Next up for the Lakers is a road contest at Grand Rapids Catholic Central on Monday.
