The girls came out strong for our first game of the season, and I was really proud of our play tonight. It was super cold, and against a team we've not played before - but we came out quick, scored early, and came away with a solid win. Goals tonight ... 1st half - with 33:03 left, Cariss Holmes (9) scored her first goal of the season off a great corner kick from Kam Lewis (10). Lowell's defense struggled to clear the ball and Cariss put it away. With 27:50 left, Harper Bultema (9) scored her first goal of the season off a great assist/cross from Ainsley Buhr (10). Keeper Addie Schmidt had a great game in goal for us tonight as well.
