Varsity vs Forest Hills Eastern High School (19 - 5) Win The Lady Lakers evened their record on the season to 1-1 with a 19-5 victory over the Forest Hills NE Bird Dogs on Monday evening. Leading the lakers in scoring was Micah Gawronski with 7 goals. Aubrey Llewellyn added 3 goals while Ava Lisman chipped in with 2. Adding single goals were Calla Barber, Abbey Rogalski, Sierra Lukas, Lexi Baker, Charlotte Murphy, Mallory Martinez and Brooke Stephenson. Gawronski and Llewellyn each also added 3 assists and Lukas and Murphy had 2 assists. On the defensive end Emily Riemersma and Charlie VanHarken had standout games. Elena Robinson was strong in goal allowing only 5 goals and adding 4 saves. Next up for the lakers is a home game against Brighton on Wednesday. Game time is 6pm.
