After sporting a 15-12 lead at the end of the first quarter, the Spring Lake Lakers came out red hot in the second quarter scoring 29 points including seven three pointers to open up a 44-18 halftime lead. The Lakers would knock down 14 three pointers on the evening enroute to a 80-51 victory over the Onekama Portagers. " A coach's dream to get a win and all 12 players received a lot of playing time!" Every player got at least one rebound and eight of the twelve players recorded an assist. This was a nice team win!" Senior Ayden Ayers scored a career high 25 points including six three pointers. Jacob Ayers had 13 points while Jack Brown added 10 points. Max Feltner chipped in with 6 points, 8 rebounds and 3 assists. Maddux Kipling and Landon O'Donnell each grabbed 7 rebounds. Vaughn White dished off 8 assists.
